The set consists of a paring and garnishing knife, a slicing knife and a chef's knife. The paring and garnishing knife has a narrow 10 cm-long blade. As it has versatile uses and is perfect for serving fruit and vegetables, it is also known as an office knife. It is also ideal if you would like to prick meat. The slim blade of the slicing knife measures 20 cm. It slices raw as well as cooked meat. The chef's knife has a wide 20 cm-long blade. It enables many cutting techniques, such as for the fine chopping of vegetables or herbs. The knives of the ZWILLING® Pro series win users over with their precision and functionality. The blade is precision-forged from a single piece of steel. It is made of a special steel, which offers the perfect combination of corrosion resistance and hardness. The handle is ergonomically shaped. Three visible rivets hold the durable plastic handle shells onto the blade which extends into the handle – the tang. Refund and Cancellation Conditions
You may return all products or request a replacement for the same which fulfill the return conditions within 14 days from the date of receipt of the cargo, together with your invoice or dispatch note. You can specify your request on the form which is on the invoice or is behind the Dispatch Note.
Used, damaged packaging products shall not be accepted. When making a return transaction for the orders that are invoiced on behalf of the company, a return invoice must be issued by the company. Deliveries that do not include return invoices are not taken delivery.
If there is broken parts in the delivered product, the spare parts are provided if you convey the photo of the broken parts to be taken in a single frame, the order number and the name of the broken part through the Web Request Form.
Cargo which are damaged in their packaging shall be returned with the record to be taken nearby the cargo officer without taken delivery.
Your product will be inspected within 10 business days as of the arrival of the product to our company and the transaction regarding the refund or replacement shall be performed if it is in accordance with the return conditions.
Warranty Conditions
The product you have purchased is under the warranty of the company and in case of failure of the product in the following period, you shall contact the manufacturer of the product directly. You must keep the Warranty Certificate and invoice. Warranty certificate in some products are on the box and in some products are in the box. You can obtain the lost invoice from our company by contacting our customer service via e-mail or telephone. If the product which you receive is defective at first use, you can contact with customer service.
What is the right of withdrawal?
You have the right to withdraw the goods within 14 days of the delivery date without giving any reason and without paying the “shipping charge”.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal?
In order to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, the purchaser must notify the seller within 14 days as of the delivery date that s/he wishes to return the product. The seller, at the latest within 10 (ten) days after receiving the purchaser's request, is obliged to accept the return of the product and to refund the product cost and return courier fee to the purchaser without charging any expense. If the invoice has a return explanation section, this section shall be filled in and the invoice shall be signed by the Purchaser and delivered together with the product.

In order to accept the return of electronic products within the "Right of Withdrawal", the purchased product, its original box must not be damaged, and its invoice and all of its supplemental accessories must be returned together with the product. For the products of which installations made by the service, in case their boxes are opened or their installation is done by others except than the service, the return of such products are not accepted.
