Turkish cuisine is a very special cuisine that has been influenced by different cultures throughout history and that blends these effects into its own culture. Although "Turkish cuisine" is mostly regarded as Ottoman palace dishes, the fundamental source of Ottoman cuisine is the Seljuk culture. The Ottomans took over the heritage of the largest state in the Anatolian lands, namely the Seljuks, as they had an understanding of maintaining the cultural heritage in those lands along with the lands they conquered. Turkish cuisine continued to exist in the Ottoman Empire. As Ömür Akkor once stated, "Turkish cuisine is actually a culture in itself. Turkish cuisine's effects have been felt wherever Turks have passed from Central Asia to the Balkans. Turkish cuisine is not just about food, it is part of a culture." Always trying to add variety and authenticity to its product groups, Karaca created the new Mai Series, this time inspired by Turkish traditions and culinary heritage. We brought together 1000 years of Turkish culture and culinary traditions from a modern point of view.

Karaca Mai, just like the unique patterns on it, is a special series with its production style.

Mai Series is not produced with the same method as the usual porcelain obtained by cooking the clay at high temperatures, but with a special underglazing applied all over the world and the multi-color printing technique specific to this series.

In this technique, the clay is baked after embroidering the patterns, a special shiny substance is applied to the surface and then it is baked again.

Thus, we get patterns that do not wear off for a lifetime and the product becomes suitable for washing in the dishwasher.

Just like the Turkish culinary culture that has been maintained for centuries.

Cancellation and Return Policy

Refund and Cancellation Conditions

You may return all products or request a replacement for the same which fulfill the return conditions within 14 days from the date of receipt of the cargo, together with your invoice or dispatch note. You can specify your request on the form which is on the invoice or is behind the Dispatch Note.

Used, damaged packaging products shall not be accepted. When making a return transaction for the orders that are invoiced on behalf of the company, a return invoice must be issued by the company. Deliveries that do not include return invoices are not taken delivery.

If there is broken parts in the delivered product, the spare parts are provided if you convey the photo of the broken parts to be taken in a single frame, the order number and the name of the broken part through the Web Request Form.

Cargo which are damaged in their packaging shall be returned with the record to be taken nearby the cargo officer without taken delivery.

Your product will be inspected within 10 business days as of the arrival of the product to our company and the transaction regarding the refund or replacement shall be performed if it is in accordance with the return conditions.

Warranty Conditions

The product you have purchased is under the warranty of the company and in case of failure of the product in the following period, you shall contact the manufacturer of the product directly. You must keep the Warranty Certificate and invoice. Warranty certificate in some products are on the box and in some products are in the box. You can obtain the lost invoice from our company by contacting our customer service via e-mail or telephone. If the product which you receive is defective at first use, you can contact with customer service.

What is the right of withdrawal?

You have the right to withdraw the goods within 14 days of the delivery date without giving any reason and without paying the “shipping charge”.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal?

In order to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, the purchaser must notify the seller within 14 days as of the delivery date that s/he wishes to return the product. The seller, at the latest within 10 (ten) days after receiving the purchaser's request, is obliged to accept the return of the product and to refund the product cost and return courier fee to the purchaser without charging any expense. If the invoice has a return explanation section, this section shall be filled in and the invoice shall be signed by the Purchaser and delivered together with the product.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal and Return Process in Electronic Products?

In order to accept the return of electronic products within the "Right of Withdrawal", the purchased product, its original box must not be damaged, and its invoice and all of its supplemental accessories must be returned together with the product. For the products of which installations made by the service, in case their boxes are opened or their installation is done by others except than the service, the return of such products are not accepted.
